Asal musiq review,mp3 downloads, latest music review of asal

Production: Sivaji Productions
Direction: Saran
Star-casts: Ajith Kumar, Sameera Reddy, Bhavana, Prabhu, Sampath and others
Music: Bharadwaj

The wait is over and it was worth it. The trio Ajith-Bharadwaj-Saran are back with a bang on the album of ‘ASAL’ that’ll let you into different moods. The album has got a mix of heroism, sentimental, peppy item numbers and a philosophical song penned by Vairamuthu.

Ajith and Sameera Reddy in Asal

Ajithfans.com brings you the first exclusive music review of ‘ASAL’ with couple of hours left for film’s audio launch…

Asal
Vocal: Sunitha Saarathy

It cannot get better than anything. For those who expected a best depiction of ‘Thala’, here’s a big treat for you all. The song ‘ASAL’ has been tuned typically in the style of western beats and enticing voice by Sunitha and it’s all about heroism. In between the verses, you’ll tend to hear the old tune of ‘Thala Pola Varumaa’….

Em Thandhai
Vocal: Bharadwaj

A son’s heart felt of praises for his sweet dad. The song can be dedicated to every father that a son loves. Hats off to Vairamuthu for penning such poignant lyrics and Bharadwaj have crooned the song with excellence. It may soak your eyes and wrench your hearts!!! Don’t miss it.

Kudhiraikku Theriyum
Vocal: Surmikhi and Sri Charan

A scintillating and sensuous song with a style completing differing from the previous tunes… The song lines have been wonderfully overlapped by Surmikhi and raps by Sri Charan are sure to make your footloose.

Tottodaing
Vocal: Mukesh and Janani

The song has been tuned with the old style of ‘Totto Daing’ and old Chandra Babu song in prelude instrumentations. But the beat is so similar to the remix beat of ‘My Name is Billa’… Mark our words! The line ‘Totto Doing’ will be a sure hit amongst kids first and gradually capture hearts of masses.

Yea Dushyantha
Vocal: Surmikhi and Kumaran

The song is a polished version of ‘Ye Ishq’ from ‘Jab We Met’ as the beats are the same. But the song happens to be a fantabulous thing with the voices of Surmikhi and Kumaran.

Yengay Yengay
Vocal: S.P. Balasubramaniam

A peppy number that speaks about Thala’s outburst against the society filled with barbarous humans, dishonest beings and untrue love. The instruments on metal guitars and percussions are extraordinary.

Yengay Yengay (Slow Version)
Vocal: Karthikeyan and chorus

The song is a repetition of previous song with slower beats where voice is given more importance. If you’d enjoyed the music in the other version, this one will have the lyrics grasped to your senses easily. Bharadwaj has used simple beats and good instruments on accordions and more stringed organs.

Finally, ‘ASAL’ turns to be a grand affair for all the ardent followers of ‘Thala’ who have been eagerly expecting his music for past one year. The trios Bharadwaj-Ajith Kumar-Saran have added one more film to their success.

2. Kuthiraikku Theriyum By Surmukhi & SreeCharan (5/5)
-- vocals of surmukhi is outstanding. an excellent erotic number
3. Tottodaing By Mukesh & Janani (2/5)
-- This is the song that is not good in terms of lyrics and tunes which negates the effect chandrababu type of music
4. Yengay Yengay By S. P. Bala (5/5)
-- will rock when we watch in silver screens. hats-off to vairamuthu.
5. Yea Dushyantha By Surmukhi & Kumaran (4/5)
-- inspite of the jab we met trace, a good to listen song for all. this will suite for bhavana

-- Thanks to vairamuthu
7. Yengay Yengay By Karthikeyan (5/5)
